Demistyfying Mech Eng in Imperial (3) ---- something about the lecturer......

At imperial, one lecturer have to lectured to around hundred and sixty students in a hall. Hence, it is hard for any personal interaction involve in which the lecturer wont be able to recognize any students name......

Some personal impression that my lecturer given me....

Math lecturer, Dr D. Balint. Have a sense of Humour. Voice loud enough. Provide good guiding in following his lecture. Often updated his moodle site on time. Unfortunately he wont be my math lecturer this term .

Material lecturer, Dr BlackMan Bamber. Dont have much impression for him. A normal guy from my point of view. Do integrate some video on teaching but never upload his lecture note until end of the term...-__-

Mechanics lecturer, Dr Maria Charalambides. First term her rhymatic voice was a good hypnosis induction for me . But besides this, her lecture were good and she often upload her lecture notes on time. Only drawback is her intolerance to noise( even coughing ) which cause tension with the undergraduates.

Drawing lecturer, Dr Robb David. Another Old but energetic lecturer. However 9.00 am used to be sleeping time for me.....

Manufacturing Lecturer, Dr Graham Gosling , yet another energetic lecturer. Despite lack of interest sometimes shown by undergraduates, keen on showing good video to us. Interesting lecture but keen on skipping some content in his notes. Perhaps left for us to discover ourselves?

Stress Analysis Lecturer, Dr. D. Dini. You have to let him keep on talking on subject he confident with or else will expected sound " erh.....erh...." during every interval of the sentences -___- . However, provide quite easy to follow lecture and updated lecture notes on time. Oh yeah, he's my personal tutor too.

Fluid Mechanics lecturer, Dr Andreas Kempf. One of the young lecturer present. Nothing much comment on his lecture. But, the lecture note on moodle site seldom updated.

Thermodynamics lecturer, Dr Andreas Kronenburg. Yet dont have much impression for him . Maybe one of the reason was i skipped few times his lecture due to personal matter -__- . Again, recycled his lecture slides..... Drawback, keen on solving question on board , which sometimes hard for me to see and thus copy.

Mechatronics lecturer, Dr P.S leevers. Perhaps the most energetic lecturer ever seen . lecture notes erh.... seems updated on time. Drawback is never used computer based lecture notes and thus sometimes hard to follow his lecture....
