NBA is back? not yet.....

http://hangtime.blogs.nba.com/2011/11/26/we-have-makings-of-a-deal/

They have a deal,
but i think it still needed to be voted by the player.
Although, is more likely that, 50% of the player, who is taking the lower than mid cap ($2million-$3million) salary, will take the deal.....

All star back?
Lebron-Wade-Bosh start their Heat empire?
Likely.....

Tablet market. The pricing war has started, where would it end?

Recently, Apple had just dropped the price point for Ipad2 by about 8% across all range of product.
£31 off £399 for wifi 16gb version, for example.

Is it because of the pressure from Motorola, who release the faster xoom 2 at below Ipad2 previous pricepoint?
£380 for wifi 16gb version.

Or the lower price point of older version(£321), Motorola xoom wifi 32gb,
which have comparable performance for ipad2, but double storage and expandable storage size?

Or, just a hint that ipad 3 is coming?

budget!

Malaysia government budget deficit of 4.7% is actually sustainable,
as long as our GDP can growth at rate of 5% each year.

Until i got time and Pakatan Rakyat alternative budget is out,
I shall refrain myself for further comment on the issues.....

Apple FT dispute. another battle...

http://www.telegraph.co.uk/finance/newsbysector/mediatechnologyandtelecoms/media/8734073/Apple-blocks-the-Financial-Times-from-its-app-store.html

"Apple has dropped the Financial Times' iPhone and iPad applications from its app store after the newspaper refused to hand over 30pc of its revenues and valuable customer data."

Apple might be moving its way into becoming a monopolized company.
They had ,using customer popularity as business leverage,to reap lots of profit from content provider.

This business model couldnt be lasted long, as Apple is robbing the content provider their share of revenue. There is opportunity for market imitator, HTC + Android, Google and HP, to fill the gap.

There are customer who choose FT because it is in Apple store. But there would be more customer to choose Apple because FT is in its store. If reading FT is a must for those business people, it costs almost nothing for them to have another handsets/handpads. if the competitor can do the same thing as iphone/ipad.
